School Mediation at CEIP Mariana Pineda, explained by our students

At CEIP Mariana Pineda we continue to champion school mediation as one of the best tools for building healthy coexistence based on dialogue and respect. And the best way to explain it is by listening to those at its heart: the students themselves.
In this video, two students and a teacher from the school present and explain how the School Mediation Project works, an initiative that fosters dialogue, positive coexistence and the peaceful resolution of conflicts among students.
Their words capture the essence of the project perfectly: the student mediators do not judge or take sides; instead, they facilitate dialogue between the parties so that each one can express themselves and, together, reach a peaceful solution. The whole process is voluntary and confidential.
We are very proud of the work and commitment of our mediators, and of the support of the teachers and families who make this project possible.
